Don't get a room on the ground floor. We had a mouse in the room, and so did our friend. We moved to the second floor, and it was fine.
Excelente hotel, sus habitaciones confortables, colchones y almohadas de muy buena calidad muy cómodas. La atención del personal fue excelente, el bellboy que también nos atendió en el restaurante como mesero de una forma excelente, atento y amable y la sorpresa que es bilingüe con excelente ingles, la comida con bien sazón, muy rica, La alberca esta excelente, tal vez falta un área de sombra en alguna esquina de la misma, sin embargo está excelente. Gracias por la atención calida, atenta, amable y muy profesional. Lo recomiendo %.
A very nice service, comfortable place and excelent staff
Hotel muy cómodo, bonito, yo me Quede dos noches por trabajo y la verdd las habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias. En mi opinión deberían cambiar los canceles de las habitaciones que dan hacia el centro comercial, ya que por el Sams club comienza todo el ruido de los trailers desde temprano. Alberca amplia y limpia con agua templada, comida rica, en general bastante bien el hotel, 100% recomendable. A mi parecer no es caro, habitación sencilla $1300 pesos mexicanos, tiene estacionamiento amplio, gimnasio y salones.
El personal esta bien pero nada extraordinario, el que más me agrado fueron los del restaurante siempre muy amables. El n general para haber tan pocos clientes no es tan buen servicio, no me imagino si estuviera lleno.. la alberca siempre la están limpiando aunque tmb siempre tiene basurilla, el lugar esta bastante limpio. Regresaría definitivamente.
En mi experiencia la habitación estuvo bien, las camas son comodas, todo limpio. La alberca estaba limpia aunque en efecto con algunas basuritas e insectitos (nada que afectara la sana convivencia). La atención en el restaurante fue muy buena, la comida estuvo bien. su ubicación es buena pues hay vías de acceso hacia el centro de Tuxtepec y hacia la salida de Tuxtepec, además está cerca de una plaza comercial con supermercado, tiendas de comida, entre otros. El estacionamiento esta bien aunque en un par de ocaciones me toco que no había quien abriera.
Un lugar excelente, laa habitaciones son bastante cómodas y excelente ubicación! Está junto a los centros comerciales
El hotel está ubicado muy cerca de la avenida, es de los pocos hoteles de cadena aunque si ya requiere una mejora. Las habitaciones son amplias y en buen estado, aunque la regadera del baño se ve algo vieja.
